Manzar and Farooq, driven by their mutual passion for food, conceived the idea of introducing the enticing Persian street food, Lamb Koobideh, to the city. Their vision was to create a brand that would seamlessly blend the traditional flavors of Koobideh with a contemporary twist, appealing to the diverse and cosmopolitan populace of Dubai.

Excited and determined, the duo embarked on a journey to make their dream a reality. They spent months researching and experimenting with different recipes, ensuring they were able to capture the essence of authentic Persian Koobideh while infusing it with their unique fusion concept.
